Eat Up is a super versatile shake designed to cover a multitude of dietary requirements for athletes of all shapes and sizes. You can use one scoop through to four scoops depending on your daily calorie requirements. As a reference point we recommend mixing 2 scoops (105g) with 400ml of water. If you want to increase calories add full fat cow juice for a delicious creamy mass gainer. Vegans will love you for it.
