These flakes are a highly concentrated form of 100% natural, pharmaceutical grade magnesium chloride. Soaking in magnesium flakes as a bath, or a foot soak, helps treat skin conditions, replaces the body's levels of magnesium and provides a relaxing home treatment.
Directions:
For a foot soak dissolve 150g of Magnesium Flakes (one mug) in warm water, immerse your feet and relax for 20 minutes or longer if desired.
For a bath soak dissolve 250g of Magnesium Flakes (two mugs) in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer to gain full body relaxation.
It is advised that 2-3 magnesium rich baths are taken per week. Increase frequency as required.
Magnesium Flakes are 100% natural and are suitable for those who are on vegan, vegetarian and coeliac diets.
Suitable for any age and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
