Directions
The portion is 100 g consisting of ~ 2 cups. Mix 2 cups with 200-300 ml of water or semi-skimmed milk. Eat 3 times a day (immediately after training and 2 times between the main meals of the day). In days without training, a portion of the main meals of the day is consumed
